Morgan Wallen leads the nominations for the 58th annual CMA Awards with seven nods including the night’s top prize, Entertainer of the Year. Cody Johnson and Chris Stapleton follow with five nominations each. “The 58th Annual CMA Awards,” broadcasts live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Wednesday, November 20 (8:00 – 11:00 PM/EST) on ABC and next day on Hulu.
