Written by Amanda Tempel
Country music icon Trisha Yearwood is set to receive a shining honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! On Monday, March 24, at 11:30 AM PT, she’ll be celebrated with the 2,805th star at 1750 N. Vine Street, right in front of the legendary Capitol Records Building. Recognized in the Recording category, this milestone cements Yearwood’s legacy as one of country music’s most influential voices.
“The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is honored to welcome renowned country singer Trisha Yearwood to the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame,” stated Ana Martinez, Walk of Fame producer. “Her remarkable talent has touched the hearts of millions around the world” added Martinez.
Get ready for a star-studded celebration! Reba McEntire and Carly Pearce—two of country’s most beloved voices—will take the spotlight as guest speakers to honor Trisha Yearwood. Reba, a trailblazer in the genre, has long been a champion of Trisha’s career. And in true country music tradition, Trisha has paid it forward—she proudly inducted Carly Pearce into the Grand Ole Opry in 2021. This full-circle moment is a testament to the power of mentorship and legacy in country music, making this event one you won’t want to miss!
Can’t make it in person? No worries! You can catch every moment of this special event live from the comfort of your home. The ceremony will be streamed exclusively at www.walkoffame.com, so be sure to tune in and celebrate this milestone with Trisha!
